My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a relaxing resort feel and were large, clean, and newish, which was perfect for our family with an infant. However, issues from the neighboring room affected our relaxation. The service was pleasant and courteous overall, but there were challenges with limited parking and unavailability of front desk personnel at times. The location, while beautiful, was crowded and filled up. Although not within walking distance to amenities, it was convenient for driving to places like Seaworld and the zoo. On the bright side, the hotel had homemade tofu available. WiFi service was available but at an extra cost.
